The Town of Midland has undertaken a customer service review. With the help of consultants from the Customer Service Professionals Network (CSPN), the Town is examining what we currently offer from a customer service standpoint, and looking to identify opportunities for improvement.
The objectives for this project:
Understand the current services and service delivery methods.
Identify opportunities for more efficient allocation of various service responsibilities.
Assess and recommend opportunities to be more efficient and effective in the sustainable delivery of customer service.
The Town of Midland's goal of this review is to:
Identify service delivery efficiencies and cost reduction in the long-term, improving customer services delivery through;
Modernizing the delivery of services.
Reducing administrative and process related costs in the delivery of services.
