The Town of Midland has undertaken a customer service review. With the help of consultants from the Customer Service Professionals Network (CSPN), the Town is examining what we currently offer from a customer service standpoint, and looking to identify opportunities for improvement.

The objectives for this project:

  • Understand the current services and service delivery methods.
  • Identify opportunities for more efficient allocation of various service responsibilities.
  • Assess and recommend opportunities to be more efficient and effective in the sustainable delivery of customer service.

The Town of Midland's goal of this review is to:

  • Identify service delivery efficiencies and cost reduction in the long-term, improving customer services delivery through;
    • Modernizing the delivery of services.
    • Reducing administrative and process related costs in the delivery of services.
